Blending is fun and simple. I never measure the amounts of fruits and vegetables when I make smoothies because no matter what it always tastes good. But if this is your first time blending add in a small amount of Orange Juice (4 oz) and then fill up the blender with the rest of the ingredients. Top it off with a spoonful of cinnamon and fill the rest with water. There you have it...a delicious on-the-go smoothie to jump start your day.
