Achieving your health goals can be tough and can leave us frustrated when we are not getting the results we 'think' we should be getting.
One solution is tracking your diet, water intake, and exercise in order to hold yourself accountable. Download my nutrition log on this post and keep up your nutrition/health log for a month. You'll be amazed to see your eating habits and how much better you adhere to your health plan when your have to write it down and how yourself accountable.
-Each time you drink 8 oz. of water you check off a water mark. You should be drinking 8-10 eight oz. servings per day.
-Each time you eat an enriched carbohydrate (breads, pasta, white rice, etc) or have sugar (in your coffee, sweets, etc) you cross out a carbohydrate mark. Your goal is to have zero of these checked off.
-Mark off how much you slept the night before. Each moon stands for one hour of sleep. You should be getting 6-8 hours of sleep each night
-Mark off an exercise symbol for each exercise activity you performed that day.
-Track your weight. Make sure you weigh yourself at the same time each day, preferably in the morning right when you wake up.
